i can’t open my store page from mobile. i open the store then i delete my password but still my store dosen’t open from my mobile.

Has this issue just started recently or have you not been able to access your store via mobile at all? The reason I ask this is so we can pinpoint if the issue is a local network error or isolated to your device. I’ve got a few things for you to try out so we can locate where the issue is stemming from:

Incognito/private mode on your browser - see if you are able to access your store. If it works, this means your browser likely needs its cache cleared.

You can try using a different mobile browser to see if you can make the changes. If it works in one browser and not the other, it’s a browser issue and the cache needs to be cleared. When you use a browser, like Google Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

Try completing the steps above using your phone’s internet data rather than WiFi.

I am having issues accessing my shopify website through mobile. Ever since i had published my website i am able to go onto my website through a computer but as soon as i search the domain on my mobile it comes up with “website coming soon” hope you guys are able to help me fix this. www.switchtoflip.com
