Why won't my store's checkout process move past the shipping address?

Tried purchasing something from my store to make sure it worked. When I get to the Shipping Address in checkout it gets stuck and won’t move on to payment. Help!

Did you happen to receive any specific error message when attempting to purchase something from your online store checkout? As this context will allow us to assist you better in this situation.

You can view the error message that you or your customers receive in the checkout by navigating to Orders > Abandoned checkouts. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

With that being said, I specifically do not have any abandoned checkouts that are displayed on my test store. If you see any listed, you can then select on the order that you attempted to purchase to view the event timeline located under the total. This will let you know what error message was received when you or your customer has tried to purchase the order.
