Subject says it all…I cannot get the slider image to show completely. The top and bottom are cutoff and I have tried numerous images sizes.

Unfortunately this is a standard for all theme’s slideshows, premium or free. The images are always cropped to fit the slideshow’s height.
If having full width images is essential, there are copy/paste Slideshow sections like this one with full width enabled, which may be a potential solution.
