  • Share when the issue first started and any recent changes.

Hi there, @Imogen_1 . The two apps normally open before, but suddenly they don’t just open anymore. The error they usually give me when I open them are show in the attached screenshot below. I’ve even tried to reinstall them but nothing has changed so far, I need the community’s assistance as soon as possible pls.

Thanks for following up with us here, @Hiibeedot . I appreciate you taking the time to provide us with those screenshots!

It looks like this could be an issue with your browser, and not so much your admin itself. Let’s do some additional testing!

  • Can you try logging into your store using a different browser, and let me know if you’re able to access these apps in that different browser?

  • Can you try resetting your internet router, and then try again, and let us know if you notice any changes?

Additionally, can you let me know when you first noticed that this issue was happening? Follow up with me here when you can!
