I added a new URL redirect, but it is not working. To be clear, the page I am trying to redirect from is 404, so that’s not the problem. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Need more information. How are you adding a URL redirect? What are you trying to achieve?
I went to create URL redirect in the Navigation section. I have created redirects before without any issues doing it this way. I am trying to forward traffic to the working version of the page, not the version that is no longer live.
FYI, the issue for anyone who comes across this thread was that the subdomain on the URL I wanted to redirect was not associated with my Shopify account. The redirect can be completed by adding the subdomain to our Shopify account or by performing the redirect from our domain host.
