my website will not load on mobile devices since Friday afternoon. There is no error message the website of just blank. It works absolutely fine on desktop.
We have tried mobile devices in different countries but the same result www.spindlebysisters.uk have cleared cache etc. On mobile, still no luck!
The theme is showcase, in the theme editor when you check mobile view, everything looks fine.
Does anyone know how i can troubleshoot this? We have a new product launch tonight and it’s going to make is lose sales.
I have gone ahead and accessed your website via mobile through Google Chrome and Safari, both of which are running perfectly fine. I also double-checked your domain records to ensure they were all correct. Were you able to resolve this issue yourself in time for your new product launch?

theme builder support and they fixed the problem this morning. Something
about animation not loading, thankfully it’s resolved.
