It will not let me verify so I can complete my orders. I have money sitting in my Shopify account because it will not accept my drivers license verification. I need help.

I recommend getting in touch with Shopify Support Team - they are the best. Follow this link to get connected: https://help.shopify.com/en/. You’ll have to speak with Shopify’s AI first, but just tell him you want to discuss with a Support Advisor.
