Why shopify does not accept this document as proof of my residential address. It is a payment for utilities at the address I have indicated, what is the problem? This file in pdf, i made a screenshot.

Thank you for sharing that image, I understand it was shared so that we can help you with this. I have removed the image though as it contained personal information that shouldn’t be shared in our community forums.
If you are having issues uploading a document for review through your admin you will need to contact our authenticated support team for assistance. To access our authenticated support, please follow this link: Shopify Help Center. Depending on the request there may be specific documents that they are looking for. You also may not be able to use the same document twice for different verifications purposes. So if you used this document to verify alternate information then it may not be eligible for use again.
