As the title suggests, I am trying to connect Facebook and Instagram to the Shopify inbox app. The inbox app is installed on the website (and has been for sometime) and working for web chat.
When I click the connect button in the image below it asks me to log in to facebook, which I do, then it just closes the pop up and nothing happens. Then if I click the button again, the button shows a circle briefly then returns to the state in the image bleow!
Anyone having / had a similar issue and know how to resolve it..?
I previously had FB & Instagram messages working with inbox, however, as with what seems like all of Shopify lately it stopped working without notice.
