I am here to turn to you and ask for help. If our customers have items in their shopping cart, they cannot go to the checkout. After clicking on the checkout button, it loads indefinitely. It only loads if you click on it twice or more. The theme team doesn’t get in touch and we lose a lot of orders. We can neither write code nor read it. That’s why Shopify. Can anyone please help us.

hi. Thanks for the video. I have open it in 3 difernt browser and in no browser it works. nivce that it works with you, but i already tell shopify that in 20 % of the tries it work and in 80% not.
on 2 other computer on a nother place its also not working.
Please tell me in which device you are testing and in which place button is not working as on product page it is working.
When i click on Zur Kasse then it no works.
it turns and turns and turns and turns. But i not come to checkckout.
I also clear cache in all browser but it still not work. When i click 2 times its working.
Bute this is not how it should be.
On cart page??
