Why won't the legal team respond to my emails about product removal?

Recently Shopify removed a lot of our products & and sent us a assertation form to sign. They also marked us as selling outside of the United States, when in fact we only sell within the United States and are located in the United States. The link we were sent was does not work. I tried using many devices and everytime it shows it does not exist. They threatened to shut our store down after 15 days, and we are a big company and can’t afford 1 day of shutting down. Shopify Legal team doesn’t reply to e-mails and regular shopify customer support doesn’t seem to help either.
