To connect the PostNL app to your Shopify account, make sure your PostNL account is set up correctly, your Shopify account is authorized to access the app, you’re using the correct login credentials, and have entered the correct API keys. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or contact PostNL support for assistance.
