Why won't the products tab open in my ecommerce app?

Thanks for bringing this error to our attention. This is actually a known issue that our developers are currently working on, but there’s no fix for it yet. In order for us to help them with their investigation and determine the scope of the issue, could you please create a ticket by visiting our Help Center? One of our support advisors will pass on your store as an example to our Technical Team and they will let you know once the issue is fixed. Please feel free to reach out to our support team whenever you can so we can resolve the error as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can use a browser on your phone or on a desktop to work on your products.
