Will I be charged for previous months if I reopen my frozen store?

my store has been frozen for months now and I want to re-open, will I have to pay for all the previous months? Or just the last month before it was frozen?

That is a great question and one I’d be happy to answer.

In regard to a frozen store, if you wish to reactivate it, then you would need to settle all outstanding invoices before you can gain access to the store again. This may include subscriptions charges, app fees, transaction fees and shipping charges. In addition to this, if you reactivate your store more than 30 days after your last bill was issued, then you also need to pick a plan and pay for the upcoming subscription cycle as well.
