will my pending payouts be lost if I deactivate shopify payments then reactivate?

I do not believe so, no. Can you tell me why you’re wanting to deactivate the gateway and then reactivate it? Is there information for your Shopify Payments account you’d like to change?
yes I need to use my dads information and not mine for shopify payouts. the bank is connected but my identity still needs to be verified. im not 18 and put in the wrong info because I was confused. I just need to change the indentity to my dads and have him verify it

Right, okay. In that case, you’ll need to contact our support team and make a request to change the information you have on file for your Shopify Payments account. Our team can then send this to our payments department and they can review the request before letting you know what the next steps are.
I closed my CAD Shopify Payments Account. Opened a US Shopify Payments Account (Because of new LLC). Our CAD Shopify Payments Account Balance disappeared. We have been trying since November 2nd to locate the funds. So far, support isn’t able to help and no one can find it (Over $15,000 gone unless we get some help).

Thank you for reaching out. These funds should still be held even if you deactivated your Shopify Payments Canada account to switch to a US one.
