I want to import a CSV file with some more products from another supplier but I want to keep the items that I already have in my store from another wholesaler. My question is : Is it going to delete/erase my current list?

When importing products to the shop, there are some important considerations to examine. This includes whether or not you’d like to overwrite existing products. I recommend checking out our Importing Products with a CSV File documentation for more information on these considerations.
To ensure existing products are not overwritten, you can leave this option blank when importing the new CSV file to the shop. It’s also recommended you export a copy of the shop’s current product CSV file prior to the import, to ensure you have a back up copy. This will provide you with a duplicate in the case you run into any issues and ensure product details are not lost.
