Website speed is critical for google optimisation and customer conversion and at the moment it is really hard to keep mobile site loading time down, without removing large sections of your website.
It would be great to be able to make a less heavy mobile website version, to help improve loading time.
Image compression etc does not appear to be enough to improve mobile loading times. I have noticed for example Wix allow you to modify/remove content on the mobile version of your site. It would be great to be able to design a slightly lighter version of your website for mobile users.
Would Shopify consider implementing that as a feature in the future?
