Will Shopify suspend my account if I can't provide supplier proof on time?

hey shopify the demanded me this and the issue is i didn’t have business assosiation im individual and the other proof my supplier will send it to me in 24 in this month and shopify they told me that they want it in 23 what should i do they will suspend my account or what ??

To confirm, are you seeing a banner on your Shopify admin homepage that is requesting you to upload those specific business registration documents? The requested documents are for your Shopify Payments account, correct?

If this is the case, as each account has its own requirements that it needs to meet, you’ll need to speak with our accounts team so that they’re aware that you don’t have the requested documents available on your end. They’ll be able to check your account from our end and see whether or not there may be alternative documents you could instead upload, and advise you on your next steps.

If you have, your next step here is to reply directly to that email to let our team know that you operate as an individual and therefore won’t be able to submit a proof of business association. Replying to that email will send your message straight through to the specialized team member that is handling your case — they’re best equipped to support you with this review process, so they’ll be able to let you know of your next steps from here.

Yes i’m individual and i want to tell you that the other proofs will be able tomorrow if there is no problem ??
