It’s been over a week since I applied, how long will it take to be accepted?

The Subscription API application has already been accepted for other apps, and I would like to request that the application be accepted for development.

I reached out to partner support, and they say they have contacted you about those requests on Nov 4th, on your email, to which they don’t seem to have gotten a reply.
Have you checked your spam folder maybe ?
