Will Shopify ever plan on adding end-of-day scan form feature???

Hi everyone, As mentioned in this thread already, there is an update on this feature now. I can relate ? it’s already 2020 and why has this not come to a solution ?

This is the most ridiculous problem I’ve seen with Shopify to date. I expect a response from a Shopify developer on why they are not able to provide us all with this basic function.

US customers make up are a large part of Shopify’s bottom line. I doubt that Shopify does not care about the revenue generated by its US customers. Does Shopify shipping not include support for ANY carrier scan forms, pickup summary, manifests, etc? I never got past the lack of USPS scan form support to even try it.

Unfortunately XPS Ship has horrible reviews and I am unwilling to risk my customer experience on a gamble. Simply asked, why can’t Shopify simply add SCAN forms?
