I currently have a payout balance that is listed as “pending”. It’s quite a bit of money, and I have not received ANY of my payouts for the past 3 weeks. I’ve tried reaching out to the chat for support, but the AI does not connect me with anyone in customer service. I REALLY need to find out what’s going on and resolve the issue, as those funds are needed ASAP.

Problem (hopefully) solved! Turns out the 24/7 service is just the AI, you have to message them within the hours of 9-3 to speak to person.
