I checked out your product page and can confirm that your zoom button does appear to be having some issues. When I first clicked on the zoom feature, nothing happened. Although, it did begin to work as expected when I clicked on a different product photos on the left hand side, and a pop-up window appeared. I suggest hiding the Gallery Zoom option on your product page until this is resolved. You can follow this guide on how to do so.
In the meantime, you can consult your theme developer. Since you are using a third-party theme, you can contact your theme developer using their Support System to learn more about factors that are affecting your Zoom feature.
