Wont Accept Old Account and Routing number after multiple verifications that the info is right!

I added a new routing number for a new Huntington business account but it declined the payment.

I was asked to add a NEW account so I tried to just reenter my old Bank of America routing and account but it keeps saying that the old number isn’t confirmed. How do I know what’s in there Now if it won’t let me add a New one?

And WHY Do i have to keep signing in multiple times while maneuvering this support site. It’s ridiculous that I have to sign in multiple times.

Hi, @DarralynnHutson .

Thank you for your post, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with getting this resolved.

We require you to input your previous account number when changing your payout account. This is to prevent someone other than you from accessing your payouts. If you receive an error message when trying to change the account, you’ll need to contact our live support team to resolve the issue. We’ll verify your identity and assist you with making the change. Please visit the Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.

You mentioned that you have to log in multiple times, but that isn’t the intended workflow. That may be because of a local/browser issue. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and/or using an incognito window to access the Help Center to see if that fixes the issue.

Let me know if you have any other questions or need help with getting in touch!
