the bulk edit will not work to update email marketing from ‘pending’ status to ‘accepts email’ status. i do not have double opt in on right now, turned it off to try to solve the issue. will only allow manually updating one at a time. how to fix this?

I presume you cannot change this since the user needs to be the one to accept marketing otherwise you are emailing them without their consent.
I have the same problem than Mettalusso, I don’t understand. Double opt-in is a requirement for a lot of countries but not in mine so I turned it off. The visitors on my website have already agree by entering their email (to receive news/discount) so it should be OK to accept them as clients (pending to subscribed) with bulk editing.
