Hey guys, I have been using WordPress for 3 of my business websites which are Move out Painting Dubai, and Made to Measure Curtains Dubai, Painters in Abu Dhabi for over 2 years now. My websites are all working fine and I’m pretty happy with WordPress itself. But I’m thinking of changing my website into an e-commerce store. For this reason, I have been thinking of shifting from WordPress to Shopify.

Any suggestions regarding how can I make this transition smooth and less problematic would be highly appreciated.

There are A LOT of things you will have to think about when you do something like this. URL redirects, DNS settings, data migration etc.

changing the application for website is a very big decision.

they very important part of running the website is understanding of the platform, specifically when you don’t have dev team or a friend/ partner who understands the technology.

Please don’t move directly in buying the Shopify’s account and start paying the subscription.

best would be to connect with any Shopify’s partner who can give you test accounts to setup your whole website until you have all the feature created into the Shopify.
