Does anyone know of a workaround combing rewards discounts from a third party like Yotpo with other discounts? Our customers are very frustrated that they cant combine their rewards with our discounts we run. Thank you in advance!

I thought this might work out of the box with shopify’s support for multiple discounts?

Unfortunately it doesn’t work with third party discount codes. I’m not sure why. It should. But we can combine multiple discount codes through shopify. But trying to add in a discount code from a third party source does not work.
Any answer on this? I am having the same issue. Essentially as the rewards discount is generated in yotpo the product discount box for that discount needs to be check on for this to work. But of course it needs to either come pre-checked which yotpo claims they can’t do, or some sort of script may need to be written to check it on as soon as it is generated.
Unfortunatley no. It’s pretty frustrating to say the least.
