Workflow: Add product to Custom Shipping Rate

Hi,

I feel like this must be available or I am missing soemthing, but I have a client who uses 3 custom shipping rates: Small, Medium and Large.

But to add products to them, you have to add the product, then go to settings and then add it to S,M,L each time.

I was hoping I could make the shipping rate appear when adding the product, or say leverage tags so that when they add a product they can add it to the correct custom shipping rate at the same time?

Am I missing something, or any pointers? I don’t want to use an app btw.

Looks like there is not a way to do this in bulk without an app.

I don’t mean in bulk, I mean every time they add a product.

Seems really weird to have to add the product then go to a totally different part (settings) to add the product to the correct postage?!!

I guess I can’t speak to why Shopify didn’t put a UI component for shipping profile on a product page in the admin.
