Working not showing in the front end

Hi All,

May you kindly assist me on the below.

Wording that is set up on the back end in the description table is not showing on the front end.

What could be the problem?

Hi @IanIan26
If you mean the description of product not showing on frontend. I think there maybe some cases for it

  • Caching issue → let’s just wait for few minutes, and check again with igconito browser.
  • Theme issue → try to install a fresh version of Dawn and check the product page. If the description shows, then the issue is on your theme.
  • The text itself issue → maybe your description contains some error, let try with just a simple text to be description first.

If it still not working, try contact a developer to check it for you or contact Shopify support.

Thank you for the solutions above, However they did not work.

Waiting on Shopify Support.
