Hello! Sorry, I have few questions and I’ll try to summarize as much as possible.
We started a week ago and have sold few items already, but we are having issues with the following:
- Worldwide shipping: although I have set it as free shipping everywhere (I think the right way), none of my customers manage to check-out with a foreign account (I am based in Italy). Could you please help me understand why is this and what should I do?
- Shipping rates: I see I can ship within Italy and your rates are much better than the ones I have, however I was wondering if once we set the worldwide shipping I will also be able to ship through you abroad. I am based in Italy and mostly selling in USA and Canada.
- Affiliate programme: I would like to set it up.. and here two questions: (1) is it normal to tell the applicants to buy the jacket and then ear commissions? (2) general recommnedations to set it up/percentage/etc?
- Google analytics: I have tried connecting google analytics to the website but it says the URL is not valid. I have even tried contacting them, but no help!
