This is by far the worst Experience with Shopify. For 3 years we were doing business with “Stripe” and everything was great. A few days back we decided to use the “Shopify payment” we heard from other e-commerce owners that Shopify payment is great so we switched to that now our business is stuck in the middle.
Our all paying customers that are ordering are on "Hold by Shopify" because of Document verification.
It’s been 7 days my document is still not been verified. Days are going on and on and we can’t do business. We are using Shopify for 3 years this is the first time that we switch to “Shopify payment”.
Can someone in this community make the process faster?
