Hi All

Could you give me some honest feedback on my website www.fedeliebikes.com this would be very much appreciated.

this is my honest feedback to you so if you like you and don’t forget to like and mark it solution

Thanks for the feedback. I have set the header- is this better?

Hi @Laurent4

I have found out two aspects after viewing your website. Hope they can be beneficial for your store further optimization:

  1. The speed of your text content on the top of homepage is too fast, visitors like me can not be the first time to understand the content of your activities or discount information. What’s more, staring at it for a long time will make me feel dizzy! It is recommended to slow down the speed a little bit and no need to make it too fast!

  1. Your store has no favicon added properly when I try to search on Google, this will affect your store brand and make visitors feel hard to identify which one is your real store domain. Better add one from Shopify admin as soon as possible, so that Google can index and it is helpful for your store conversion as well.

Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. After viewing your website, I believe our expertise could add value to your business.

The design is clean and photography captures the quality and style of your products. Navigation of the site feels intuitive, and it’s easy to find information about your products, accessories, and the story behind your brand. I notice your store is missing a loyalty widget currently. I would recommend adding one since loyalty programs are effective for attracting bike enthusiasts since they often return for accessories, upgrades, or maintenance. It will not only increase repeat engagement but also foster a real sense of community around your brand, which is so important for niche markets like cycling. Here’s an example from a merchant: https://www.seic-bikes.com/ who worked with us and experienced significant growth after launching a comprehensive loyalty program.

Best wishes! If you have any more questions or any questions about the loyalty program, feel free to let us know! We are willing to offer a free professional consultation. Don’t forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful. Thanks.

Hi @Laurent4 ,

I’ve had the chance to explore your website, and it’s truly amazing! The design is minimalistic, the images are clear, and the layout is well-organized, allowing me to quickly understand the entire product range. The product details section is especially well-done. I only have a few small suggestions to make your website even more perfect:

1. UX on the Slider
The slider is very smart, but there’s room for improvement. You could optimize it by adding price intervals, such as: 0, 25, 50, 100, 125… This would make it easier for customers to adjust the slider, rather than using decimal values.

2. Sale Badge
The “on sale” UI is a great contrast, but it’s quite similar to the product text. While the discounted price is in a different color, it still takes a bit of time for customers to recognize that the product is on sale and how it differs from regular-priced products. You might want to choose a more distinct badge that clearly shows the “Sale” status, making it easier for customers to spot.

3. Text Spacing
The letter spacing is a bit wide, which slows down the process of scanning information for customers. You might want to consider tightening it up, so that customers can scan text more easily.

These are just a few suggestions I have. I hope they help improve your website. Overall, your website is fantastic—no complaints! Keep up the great work!

Thank you

Your cycling website has excellent visual design and professional photography that really captures the outdoor adventure spirit. The product presentation and overall aesthetic are very strong.

Current Strengths

Beautiful hero imagery, clean navigation, and good product categorization. The detailed product specifications and multiple product angles show attention to quality. Your blog section is a good foundation for content marketing.

Key Areas for Enhancement

Missing Brand Identity Elements: Your favicon appears blank/white, and the logo isn’t consistently displayed across all pages, which weakens brand recognition and professional appearance.

Limited Product Visualization: For cycling accessories like sunglasses with multiple color options, customers can’t easily compare colors without clicking through each product individually.

Blog Content Optimization: While you have blog content, the posts appear quite short and may not be meeting SEO best practices for length and depth that search engines favor for cycling-related topics.

Product Discovery Challenges: With many individual product listings for similar items (like multiple sunglasses), the catalog feels cluttered rather than organized by product families.

Strategic Solutions### Enhance Product Organization

G: Combined Listings & Variant would group related products (like the many sunglasses variants) into single listings with color/style options, making browsing much cleaner and more professional.

Hi @Laurent4

Overall, a very pleasing look and feel. I could see one hiccup on my screen (MacBook Pro 16"), the text in the hero image is kinda clipped at the bottom. The following screenshot would explain what I mean:

Other than that, it all feels pretty trustworthy and clean. Awesome work!
