I would like to send out emails to remind customers they sent a personalised gift a year earlier and would they like to send another one. My customers order multiple times a year so I would like to be able to add in the name they used for the shipping address one year previously (as opposed to the billing address or any more recent shipping names). Is this possible? I hope this makes sense!

Hey there @BeeV Unfortunately, there is no provision for a set up like this within Shopify the last time I checked. However, I believe it’s something they will be willing to add to their roadmap this year, the more merchants make a request for it so I’d suggest that you make it an official recommendation to the Shopify support team and see where it goes from them.
