Hi

I am attempting to use this app to update prices from a google spreadsheet into shopify.

Some but not all variants are coming up with error code ‘500’

Upon investigating further I have been given this message



<br>500 Internal Server Error<br>

An internal error occurred in Shopify. Please post in the Shopify APIs and SDKs forum so that Shopify staff can investigate.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @MillsM ,

this is Thomas and the WP Price Updater is from us. Thank you for pointing us to this issue. The 500 seems to come from the Shopify API, but we will investigate it. First guess is, that the session token we retrieve is now only valid for short time period, and whenever you keep the app open for a longer time period, you might receive this error.

Thanks for your reply. I have closed and logged out of Shopify and re-tried and still the issue persists.

Any luck with this? I need this product to work or look at another solution as it’s now holding up website launch.
