I just opened my shop for my clothing brand, i have 10 ordered items in which i can count, but at the too where the orders & ordered items appear its not the right amount! Does it take time for it to update or ???

You might want to do some troubleshooting steps first such as, using a different device, switching to a different browser, clear your cookies and cache, or use a different internet connection for example, use mobile data instead of wi-fi. If all done and the issue still persists, you might want to reach out to Shopify support team as there might be an account or system issue going on.
