I have a big issue with my Facebook ad data. I got “website purchases” on my “FB ad manager” but not sales on Shopify.
This screenshot above is the data for just one day. To be honest I can’t get 199 sales in one month.
I removed the pixel integration from my Shopify store two days ago, but today, I noticed that Shopify is integrated with my FB Pixel. So I visit my Shopify integration and see this:
Please I need your help… This forced me to stop my Facebook ads because I lost a lot of money without sales.
