Wrong Price on the Search Result - Pipeline Theme

Hi

On my website www.frugado.com, when you search for any product, the result on the search bar gives a wrong price. Actually it adds one zero to the end of the price. If it is originally 10, it makes it 100. This problem is only at predictive search. The other parts of the website works fine. We use pipeline theme.

I am not sure recently I installed and removed a multi currency app. maybe somehow it messed it up. I wrote to Pipeline developers. Waiting for their feedback.

In the meantime my first question is:

1- How can I remove the price from the search result on Pipeline theme?

2-If you can identify the reason why the search giving a wrong price, how I can fix?

This is Victor from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App

This could be affected by some code left-over by the currency app.

There are 2 things you can do for now revert the theme code to some older version.

Step 1: Please head to Shopify > Themes > you will need to duplicate the theme for a backup one.

Step 2: More Action > Edit code > theme.liquid ( revert this file to an older version )

Step 3: Find predictive in the search field > Select the file and revert this file too

Before trying this solution I must say , pipeline theme was purchased and published after these 3rd part apps were used and uninstalled. Before I was using Chord theme.

Anyway, If Pipeline was installed after those apps were uninstalled, then its code shouldn’t be affected right? Please correct me here if I am wrong.

The only explanation is that those leftovers are in a code where all themes jointly use like Shopify’s common platform code. Any suggestions on how to disable the price data on the search results?

Hi @meliksahtopbas About this concern, there is one way to find out
You can use the Pipeline theme as a draft ( by uploading a fresh theme to Shopify as a draft ) and use it to test the search result only. If the issue still occurs on the draft theme => this is a theme problem
If not I think the problem is a conflict between 3rd apps and the theme
