Wrong price showing up when scanning product

Hi,

We are having an issue with our Shopify Retail POS in when we scan a product it is showing the price excluding VAT but it should be showing the VAT as I am in the UK. It seems the only way to fix it is for me to close the app and then open up again. Here are screen shots of before with the issue and after which is the correct price. Anyone else having the same issue and know how to fix it?

Hi @Ofsants

Make sure your POS is configured to show prices with tax in your UK market settings. Visit Settings → Taxes → UK and check that “All prices include tax” is enabled. Also, verify that your variants have appropriate tax settings. Refresh the POS or log out after making changes.
