Hi there,
When I do a google search for some of my products the same incorrect image is showing up in the search. For example the product is a jacket but the image is of thread that I also sell. Completely unrelated products. The same thread shows up in quite a few google searches. No idea what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated!
I’m not entirely sure how to implement any of those fixes. It is 100% the correct image and description though.

Please firstly check if you added related codes to display images in search results, such as Structured Data JSON LD. If so, you can check with technicians or developers to see if the code content is correct or not to display the images.
If not, then it is due to Google strategies and maybe the content on your website makes Google think this image is related to your website and what you need to do is to optimize page content first and add alt text content on the correct image, then let Google reindex your pages to update the contents. After waiting for some time, this situation will be improved. Thank you!
