Accounting and Taxes department will not respond to multiple enquires about this…so here I am throwing it out to the Shopify Universe… This is completely unacceptable

Did they ever fix this? I’m in Parker, CO and they’ve been charging the incorrect sales tax (5% instead of 8%) and it’s costing me thousands of dollars!!! I’ve done everything they said and it still is incorrect.
