Wrongly Billed and Locked out Of Account, Refund Me and Close that Account

I have been billed twice for the same subscription on the 28 and the 30, have raised it with Shopify and they have promised to investigate and talk to me via email, no one came back to me. Now when i try to login into my account for my store 22fc34, i am told that i do not have access to that account why, i dont know. i double check email to see if i indeed have communication from Shopify, yes i do, i got confirmation when i was testing my store (setting to online and offline). Now I’m going from pillar to post, even on their facebook channel to get someone to talk to me, What is Happening, i need to Cancel this account and get my refunds, please!.
