Someone please help today I woke up and received this email

We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed.
The full amount of pending payouts will be held in reserve.

I recently just had my payouts on hold and I submitted everything and my payouts were released fully. Now a couple of days later i’m getting this message? Can this be a mistake? I do believe a competitor may have falsely reported my store to get it shut down. Is there anyway to get a second review? Please help I am on the verge of becoming homeless the payouts from my store were supposed to cover my bills and orders.
yes I did that they are saying there is nothing they can do on they’re end they said it is being handled by they’re Dedicated Team but no additional info after that.
I understand that is is a frustrating and sensitive issue.
You mentioned that you received the email about this today, - have you tried replying directly to that email? In cases like this, the best way to get an answer ASAP is to reply directly to the email that was sent to inform you of this.
Please do note that the response won’t be immediate, but it is the right step in order for the team to be able to get back to you and get this looked into. Also, after you send an email back, please make sure to monitor your inbox as well as the spam/junk folders, as sometimes our mail can end up there.

In terms of starting another store - to be safe, I would recommend you wait until you hear back from the team to see what the issue was in the first place. That way, you will avoid making the same mistake twice on the new store which could also run into issues if you’re not sure what caused this before.
I just created my account few days back and created a drop shipping store and shopify did this. OMG! I mean I also purchased the subscription. Even this store is not ready for sale. Excuse me. Are you ok?
