I transferred my site domain from wix transfer to Shopify was fine now when I try to sign into my site from the web it is saying this site can’t be reached. Is there a solution to this issue my site has been down now for 3 days. Help,

Thanks for reaching out! I understand this isn’t an ideal situation.
Please confirm what is your domain extension as www.pslovelucy is incomplete. Also, can you log in to your Shopify admin?
If yes, and this is a domain you purchased outside of Shopify, then you will want to check the DNS records using a free tool such as MXtoolbox. If no “A” record is appearing (23.227.38.65) then you will need to login to your domain manager, and ensure the record is added. Changes to your DNS records can take up to 24 hours to appear. You can find a video tutorial on this process here.
Also, the error may stem from an issue with your internet service provider (ISP). If you try a different connection or use mobile data and do not get the error, then this would be an issue with your ISP. Resetting the modem/router will typically fix this error.

Once you log in, select the topic you’d like to discuss with the Support Advisor. In your case, click on Store settings > Domains > Connect a third-party domain. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you should see the ‘Get Support’ section, where you can select your preferred communication channel.
