WWW Website redirets to an error page.

Hi @Shopify_77 , can you check my website at www.nackapparel.com

It fails and redirects to an error page while the nackapparel.com option works.

What is the fix for this?

Hi @nckapparel

Is your domain hosted at Shopify. If you do, you just have to add the CNAME www to your DNS. You can find the instructions here.
www should be added if you purchase your domain in Shopify. If not, you need to add a CNAME to your domain provider to route to your Shopify website

Our domain is hosted with Namecheap and we use Cloudflare to manage the DNS.

We have added www as CNAME already which is proxied through Cloduflare.
