Recently I started a shopify trial 1$ per month for three months in association with AutoDS. After 14 days of AutoDS trail, it charged a monthly bill for autoDS which is fine, but it also charged an additonal 358.8$ as add-ons fee which is Shopify that is installed in autoDS. Does anyone have a clarification and refund process for it? Thanks

AutoDS pricing is simple and transparent. You start with a 14-day $1 trial, then move to the plan you selected. Each plan includes a listing limit and features, and optional add-ons are only charged if you enable them.
You can review your plan, add-ons, and payment history anytime in the Account & Billing section. If anything looks confusing, our support team is happy to check your account and clear it up quickly.
