You can’t update your details, you reached the maximum number of attempts

Hey,

I’ve been stuck for 2 weeks with Shopify Payments not verifying my details, even though everything is correct. I’ve already contacted support 8 times, and I’m still waiting on a fix. This is holding up my money and starting to cause refunds.

I’ve got three other stores using the same info with no problems, so this seems like a glitch. What’s the fastest way to get this resolved?
