Seems like you are still on the trial plan. To get rid of this message, you should choose the paid plan or uninstall and reinstall the sales channel.

yes, i just started my trial plan 2 days ago.

i tried to uninstall the sales channel but it’s not removed and the error is still there

If you select a paid plan, this message will be removed. If you still cannot fix this, reaching out to the Support team seems to be an optimum solution.
