You tried to add a payment method too many times. Please contact support.

Hi Shopify Support,

Good day! I am trying to change my payment method for our online store Tutuban Center - TutuBuy. Current account we have is PayMaya (VISA). However despite indicating the correct/exact address in the PayMaya (VISA) Card, we encountered the first error:

1 error encountered - Province

We tried inputting different combinations for the Address until we encountered the 2nd error:

Because this is personal information so you should contact Shopify Support directly to have them check it for you.

You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, for example, " add payment method " and select Search.

On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
