You’ve reached the file storage limit for your plan

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to upload a new media file to my Shopify store, but I keep getting a “You’ve reached the file storage limit for your plan.” error.

I checked my plan, and it includes 100 GB of storage. To fix the issue, I deleted around 10 GB of media files and videos from my store. However, the problem is still the same.

I found on Google that Shopify may take up to 24 hours to recalculate storage, but it has been over a week, and my storage still hasn’t updated.

I’ve also contacted Shopify customer support, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a clear solution yet.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Any help or guidance would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I believe this message issue is from a 3rd-party app you’re using that isn’t included with your Shopify plan, as Shopify doesn’t specify a storage limit on any plan.

The issue is on the shopify. Not any third party app.
