Same problem. I created a new store, but can’t loggin in suddenly after I pick up a plan and ready to pay by credit card or paypal. My previous stores were also still unavailable.
All pages are saying that_Your account ***@gmail.com doesn’t have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page._
I have contacted customer service several days ago They said that their tech team will email to me, but still not receive response.
Hello, i got this block today, I haven’t done anything wrong in my shopify account. I sell legal products and am registered in the Chamber of Commerce. I have put soo many hours in this website and I would really like to know how to unblock this. Why is no one of Shopify Support responding for this issue?? All these guys here in this forum have exactly the same problem and nobody responds!! Please help us

If you are seeing that your customer facing website is also down then this could mean that your store was closed due to a policy violation. If your customer facing store is still active then you may be experiencing some other kind of account issue. All account issues can only be resolved by our authenticated support team at this time.
For everyone who is trying to figure out how long it takes shopify to get back to you about this problem, it’s now been 6 weeks my site has been down and there has yet to be a “ticket” issued that shopify support tells you about…
if you want to have your website down at minimum 10% of the year with no support try shopify. If you are a normal person who relies on their website for income, stay far away.
