Thank you for sharing that screenshot. I understand that your online store you were building was closed unexpectedly. This can happen if there are concerns about the store not being a good fit for Shopify or if there were possible violations of our AUP.
In this situation our support would have escalated this to our team that handles these reviews. They will follow up with the account owner email address on file with further information.
Hi mate I am facing the same issue. I have seen this has been an issue for long time here in the community and shopify has not been able to fix it. I have contacted support and they escalated the problem to a high expert and said they would contact me via email but since it I have not got any response. Have you issue been solved yet? As you said it happened straight after I add my credit card details I created another store just try a different card and haven’t got the issue.
